A journey of discovery, taking in a varied blend of botanical ingredients. Created and developed in collaboration with Harrogate Tipple, Undiscovered Land is a soft and delicate, straw coloured pale ale brewed in the Rooster's style, but fermented with a lager yeast and the addition of a carefully curated fusion of fresh botanicals. Juniper berries, orange peel, lavender, pink grapefruit, lemon verbena and corianders seeds combine with Admiral, Amarillo, Cashmere, Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin hops to create a an easy-drinking beer abound with floral and citrus fruit flavours.
