A small farmhouse brewery started in 1993, the name coming from a local folklore witch called 'Quintine' A very highly regarded black stout with burnt malt flavours. It is the only distinctively Belgian stout and, named after Agatha Christie's detective (a native son of Ellezelles), is every bit as sturdy and dapper as its namesake.
